Web Design Project Methodology:

  1. Discover/Validate - During the first phase, we will gain a clear understanding of our client's critical business issues, needs and goals.  This phase generally includes a face-to-face meeting along with follow-up telephone conversations to fully document the client's specific web design needs.
  2. Specifications/Proposal - During this phase of the project, our challenge is to ensure that we have a complete understanding of the client's needs and that we have the appropriate resources to meet those needs.  A formal "System Requirements Specification" (SRS) document will be presented to the client for approval.
  3. Build/Deliver - Upon approval of the SRS document and execution of a contract, we will begin the process of designing the web site, building the supporting applications and implementing the solution.  During the design phase, there will be certain milestones where the client will review, approve and/or redirect our progress.  Upon formal project acceptance, the site will be installed on the client's production server and any appropriate training will be provided.
  4. Support/Enhance - Ongoing support is crucial to the success of any web site endeavor.  We build lasting relationships with our clients.  We are there to support our clients as their sites continue to grow and evolve.
